I worked with Richard for over 20 years first on the paint line at Fisher snowplows, and later in welding. He was a hard worker and a good friend. He commanded the respect of his co- workers, and he was an icon of our plant culture. When Richard said so, then it was written in stone. He had a heart of gold. He will be remembered and missed. RIP Richard.

Lyndy and I were so shocked to hear the news of Richard's passing. We are so sorry for you loss. Way too young to leave this world. My heart goes out to you all. He was such a hard worker and would do anything for anyone. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Sincerely,
Edna & Lyndy Pendleton
