Louise A. Giordano
ROCKLAND………………..Louise A. Giordano of Rockland, passed away peacefully with her daughter by her side, on Wednesday, October 18, 2023.

Born in Newark, NJ on June 9, 1932 to the late Joseph and Florence Kaladas and the beloved wife of the late Michael Giordano. Louise is survived by her son, Donald Cronin and his wife, Maria and daughter, Collleen Cronin. She was predeceased in death by brothers, Michael, Stanley, Edward, and Walter Kaladas, her sister, Veronica Belanger and nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.

Louise can best be remembered for her outgoing personality. She was a loving mother, who enjoyed cooking. baking, sewing, gardening and was fond of playing cards with family and friends. She enjoyed life to the fullest and loved to laugh, was an excellent dancer (winning awards for dancing the Jitterbug), and a huge fan of both the Yankees and the Giants, her beloved sport teams.

Louise earned a high school diploma and worked all her adult life. Her last job was with Pleasant View Gardens where she took care of the administrative duties for over 1,200 apartment units handling rental collection, facilities maintenance and customer service. She was presented with an Award of Excellence honoring her 25 years of service and retired after 30 years with the company.

Funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 10:00am at St. John the Evangelist, 317 First Street, Dunellen, NJ. Burial will be held at Holy Redeemer Cemetery, 200 Randolph Avenue, South Plainfield, NJ. Repast Lunch, Prezzo’s Restaurant, 50 Mt. Bethel Rd. (NE Corner of Mt. Bethel & Mountain Blvd.) Warren, NJ
